About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Multi Site School Age Director to join our team at Caterpillar Corner Childcare. This is an exciting opportunity to lead and manage our school age programs across multiple locations, ensuring high-quality care and educational experiences for children.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of school age programs at multiple sites
- Develop and implement age-appropriate activities
- Supervise and support staff to ensure a safe and nurturing environment
- Communicate effectively with parents, staff, and management
- Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and company policies
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership role in a childcare setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of state licensing requirements for school age programs
- Possess or ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
